The west coast of Messinia faces the Ionian Sea: Navarino Bay and Voidokilia, Gialova, the beaches from Petrochori and Tragana to Marathopoli and Gargalianoi, Kyparissia further north and Methoni and Finikounda to the south. This page lists every property we currently have for sale with a view of the sea: houses, plots and farmland, some close to the shore and others higher up, on hillsides planted with olive trees.

A view comes at a price, so it is worth knowing exactly what you are buying. Ask whether the view is open or could be blocked by a future building, how far the nearest beach is and how you get there. Special building restrictions apply close to the shoreline, so before any land purchase we obtain a buildability certificate from a local engineer.
