Farmland and olive groves for sale in Messinia

Messinia is olive country. The Koroneiki variety covers the hillsides from Pylos and Gargalianoi to Kyparissia, and many farmland parcels in the area are producing olive groves, some with a view of the sea. This page lists every piece of farmland we currently have for sale, with photos, size, price and its location on the map.

With farmland it is worth asking how many trees there are and in what condition, whether there is water or the option of a borehole, how the land is reached and whether it could one day be built on. Building rights outside town plans depend on conditions that change, so before any purchase we obtain a buildability certificate from a local engineer. That way you know what you are buying: a grove to harvest, a place for a future home, or both.
