Using the site means accepting the terms below. They are short, because the site does one simple thing: it presents properties and puts you in touch with us.
The site is operated by the estate agency DIMI’S Real Estate Hellas, practising as a licensed estate agent under Greek law 4072/2012.
Property listings are for information and constitute an invitation to express interest, not a binding offer to sell or let. Prices, areas, features and availability are based on information from the owners and may change or contain errors; they are always verified before any transaction through title checks and a technical survey.
Properties that have been sold or let are marked as such and remain visible for completeness; they are no longer available.
The agency fee is always agreed in writing and in advance, as the law requires. Simply browsing the site or sending an enquiry creates no obligation.
The texts, photographs and structure of the site belong to the agency or their respective rights holders. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproducing listings or photographs on other sites or platforms without written permission is not.
Property photographs belong to the agency or the owners. Landscape photographs come from Wikimedia Commons and are used under each one’s Creative Commons licence (CC BY-SA: attribution and share-alike; CC0: free use). The photographer, licence and a link to the original of every image are listed on the «Photo credits» page, linked at the bottom of every page.
We make every reasonable effort to keep the content accurate and the site available, without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. We are not liable for decisions taken solely on the basis of information on the site without prior verification, nor for the content of external websites we link to (e.g. maps, WhatsApp).
The processing of personal data is described in the Privacy policy and the use of cookies in the Cookie policy, both of which form part of these terms.
These terms are governed by Greek law. The courts of Kalamata have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules.
