The site requires no registration or account. Data is collected only when you choose to contact us.

• Contact / property enquiry form: full name, email, telephone (optional), your message, the language you used and the reference code of the property you asked about.
• Abuse prevention: once enabled, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile and pseudonymous cryptographic fingerprints of the IP and submission to limit sending and prevent duplicate emails. The protection database also stores request IDs, timestamps and delivery state, without names, email addresses, message text or raw IP addresses.
• Technical logs: the hosting provider keeps standard access logs (IP, time, page, browser type) for security and operations, for a limited period.
• Cookies and visitor statistics: only with your consent, see the Cookie policy.

• To answer your enquiry and inform you about the property or services you asked for, pre-contractual steps at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• To keep the site secure and prevent automated abuse, our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f)).
• For anonymous visitor statistics, only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time via “Cookie settings”.
• To comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax law, Greek law 4072/2012 on estate agents) when an enquiry develops into an engagement (Article 6(1)(c)).

When the form is enabled, its contents are sent through Resend to the office mailbox, sales@dimisrealestatehellas.gr. The website does not store enquiries in a CRM or in public Sanity content. Authorised office staff can access the mailbox. The data is never sold or passed to third parties for their own purposes.

We use providers who act as processors on our behalf under contract: a cloud hosting provider, an email delivery provider and, if you allow it, a visitor-statistics provider. Where data leaves the EEA, appropriate safeguards apply (standard contractual clauses).

Property maps load their base layer from OpenStreetMap; while loading, your browser sends your IP address to its servers, as with any external resource.

• Enquiries: up to 3 years after the last contact, so that a conversation you started can be resumed. If an enquiry leads to a contract, for as long as the law requires.
• Technical submission-protection records: the current service does not delete them automatically. Replay-prevention records are retained to prevent an old request from causing another email.
• Cookie choice: 12 months.

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.

If you believe the processing breaches the law, you may lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (1-3 Kifissias Ave., 115 23 Athens, www.dpa.gr).

The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Content management requires a personal authorised account. Service credentials remain in the backend and are not stored in public website content.

This policy is updated whenever the way the site works changes. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
